Ms. Feldman joined the predecessor law firm in 2004 and is a senior associate with the firm.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Feldman was a partner of her own firm for 15 years.  She graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1985, and has practiced real estate law in New York since her admission to the Bar in 1986.   During her career Ms. Feldman has represented large developers and management companies for which she has litigated and tried cases in Supreme, Federal and Civil Courts in the State of New York.  Her practice has included Yellowstone Injunctions, Declaratory Judgment Actions, Preliminary and Permanent Injunctions, Foreclosure Actions, Breach of Contract, Article 78 Proceedings and Summary Holdover Proceedings, including both jury and nonjury trials, with a concentration on primary residence, owner use and illegal sublet proceedings.

She has prepared briefs and argued appeals before the Appellate Term and Appellate Division in the First and Second Judicial Departments and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.  Ms. Feldman is also well versed in administrative proceedings and has represented clients before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, the Environmental Control Board and the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, she has represented various Cooperatives and Boards of Directors, and she has litigated several shareholder derivative actions.  Ms. Feldman is admitted to practice law before the City and State Courts in New York State and the Federal Courts, in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
