Mrs. Londoner has been an associate with the firm’s and the predecessor law firm’s litigation team since 2004. She is admitted to practice law before the New York State courts and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Londoner is a skilled real property litigator, handling a variety of commercial and residential matters from inception through trial and appeal, including all discovery and motion practice. Ms. Londoner’s primary practice areas include complex landlord-tenant proceedings and actions; construction disputes and litigation; Supreme Court real property litigation, including Yellowstone injunctions and Article 78 proceedings; Article 7-C (“Loft Law”) litigation; administrative proceedings before the Environmental Control Board, the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal; criminal defense against violations issued by various agencies of the City of New York; and housing discrimination complaints. Ms. Londoner is a member of both the New York and Queens Chapters of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. She received a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 from the City University of New York, Queens College and a Juris Doctorate in 1997 from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.
