Mr. Kossoff is the founding partner of Kossoff PLLC.  He has practiced complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, as well as real estate leasing and transactions, for over 30 years.  In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kossoff has a principal interest in several businesses in New York City and has, for decades, worked with investment groups to buy, sell and manage multi-family buildings throughout the five boroughs.  While the law firm of Kossoff PLLC is large enough to handle any real estate matter, it is also of a size where Mr. Kossoff can apply his unique blend of business development and legal experience to every matter the firm handles.  Every client benefits from his strategic thinking.

Mr. Kossoff graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1978, and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and English from Haverford College in 1975.  He has been asked to write for a number of publications and legal journals, and is often called upon by the press to comment on a variety of issues.  Mr. Kossoff is admitted to practice law in the New York State Courts and the United States Federal District Court, Southern District of New York.
