Mr. Breisblatt is a supervising associate who joined the predecessor law firm in 1997. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1973. Mr. Breisblatt’s real estate law experience commenced in 1995 with the Kinsey Corporation, a real estate management company in New York City. While at the Kinsey Corporation, he handled a full range of DHCR complaints, including Petitions for Administrative Review, and various DHCR applications. Mr. Breisblatt has been involved in all aspects of landlord/tenant litigation, including non-primary residence, illegal sublet and nuisance proceedings and has managed some of the firm’s major clients. He has handled numerous administrative proceedings with the DHCR and DHPD and has prepared Article 78 petitions to the Supreme Court, and appeals to the Appellate Division. Mr. Breisblatt is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and the Vietnam War. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and New Jersey.
