Mr. Goldsmith is a partner with the firm. Mr. Goldsmith specializes in identifying, creating and implementing strategies for the development of his client’s real estate investments and the maximization of their rent roll. Mr. Goldsmith’s practice concentrates on representing developers, commercial owners, hoteliers, and residential landlords and Mr. Goldsmith is one of New York City’s leading Loft Law experts. Mr. Goldsmith focuses on the laws, rules and regulations governing rent-stabilized and rent-controlled apartments, Interim Multiple Dwellings, City, State or Federally supervised or subsidized housing projects, and cooperative and condominium units.

Mr. Goldsmith received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003. While at Hofstra, Mr. Goldsmith participated in a study and work abroad program in Shimla, India that culminated in a dialogue with the Dalai Lama. Mr. Goldsmith received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 2000 and attended Tel Aviv University for one semester where he was appointed Ambassador of the Lowy School for Overseas Students. Mr. Goldsmith is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and in the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Goldsmith is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
